Partnership – Form 1065, Done!

Form 1065 is an information return used to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits, etc., from the operation of a partnership. A partnership does not pay tax on its income but “passes through” any profits or losses to its partners on a Schedule K-1. Form 1065 is due on the 15th day of the 3rd month after the year-end. Sounds complicated? It sure is, but Efotles dedicated team will have your Form 1065 returns ready when the tax season starts.

Corporation – Form 1120(S), Completed!

Form 1120/Form 1120-S are the IRS tax forms used by corporations (C Corporations/S Corporations) to report the income, gains, losses, deductions, credits and to figure out the tax liabilities. While a shareholder receives dividends from a C Corporation, a shareholder in a S Corporation would get a Schedule K-1 that reflects the income and loss for the year. Regardless which type of corporation you operate, Efortles will complete your tax returns way before you notice the deadline is approaching.

LLC – Form 1120/1065, Nailed!

Depending on elections made by the LLC and the number of members, the IRS will treat an LLC as either a corporation, partnership, or disregarded entity. Regardless of which type of entity your LLC elects, Efortles CPAs tax experts will ensure the forms are filed and submitted on time.

Sole Proprietorship – Schedule C, Finished!

Every year, sole proprietor businesses file a Schedule C tax form to report gain, loss and deduction. If you are a sole proprietor running the show yourself, Efortles can help you with your personal returns, and especially your Schedule C form. We understand the massive burdens you have on your shoulder operating your business by yourself, but tax problems don’t need to be one of them.
